According to the latest 2022 PwC's Pulse Survey, 60% of executives say digital transformation is their most critical growth driver in 2022, and 60% of CIOs say their companies are investing significantly in digital transformation.
Besides, as stated in the 24th Annual Global CEO Survey, 85% of Luxembourg CEOs are planning to increase their long-term investments in digital transformation over the next years.
As competitive and consumer demands continue to evolve, digitisation offers real opportunities for faster growth and greater productivity. But to be successful, companies must make digital investments wisely, be clear about their goals, and carefully manage change among employees.
At the same time, customers are expecting more and more personalised interactions with technology.
