François Mousel, Managing Partner of PwC Luxembourg as of 1 July 2023, joined the firm in 2005, where he started his career in audit. In 2009, he switched to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) as a senior advisor.
After three years at the CSSF, François rejoined the PwC team in 2013. He became a partner in 2015, managing a diversified audit and advisory engagement portfolio, including high profile commercial companies, public institutions, social care institutions/foundations and private equity firms as well as family businesses. He was a member of the exam jury for "réviseur d'Entreprises" in Luxembourg for more than 10 years. Between 2019 and 2023, he held the role of Markets and Strategy - Clients and Markets Leader of PwC Luxembourg as part of the Country Leadership Team. In June 2023 he was elected to join the Board of Directors of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).
François holds a Master's degree as “Ingénieur de gestion” from Solvay Business School in Brussels and is a qualified "Réviseur d'Entreprises agréé" as well as a Qualified Chartered Accountant ("Expert Comptable").

Olivier Carré, Deputy Managing Partner, Technology & Transformation Leader, joined the firm in 2003 after five years of experience in an audit and consulting firm, where he worked as a Financial Services Auditor and Consultant. He became a partner in 2009, and led the Regulatory Advisory Team from 2013 until 2023. He was the PwC Luxembourg Banking Industry Leader from 2014 to 2017 and was a member of the Global PwC Asset & Wealth Management Leadership Team. Since 2019, Olivier is sponsoring the Sustainable Finance consulting activities of PwC Luxembourg.
Olivier has gained a broad experience in the financial services industry, especially in the investment fund and asset servicing industries, leading international engagements for asset managers, wealth managers and financial institutions focusing on operational change, strategic advice and regulatory compliance.

Isabelle Dauvergne, Assurance Leader, joined PwC Luxembourg in 1998 and was appointed Partner in 2011. She previously held the role of Alternatives Assurance Leader at PwC Luxembourg.
Isabelle has been elected as IRE Council member in June 2024 (Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprise).
She has a broad experience in auditing and advising both regulated and non-regulated real estate structures under various reporting frameworks (Lux GAAP or IFRS).

Björn Ebert is the Financial Services Leader of PwC Luxembourg. He joined PwC Germany in 2001 in the audit practice working across different industries within financial services. In September 2004, Björn transferred to the PwC Luxembourg office.
He is an audit partner within PwC’s Asset & wealth management, Alternatives as well as Banking and Capital Markets practice in Luxembourg.
Björn has gained broad experience in the financial services industry, especially in the investment fund and asset servicing industries, working in both audit and advisory capacity. He is supporting clients on strategy through execution, including a focus on fund administration, IFRS matters and regulatory compliance.

François Génaux, Advisory Leader, has over 30 years of experience in servicing clients and managing large transformation projects. He joined the firm in 2003 after 10 years in audit and consulting and became a partner in 2005, leading the financial services consulting practice.
In 2011 he took over the responsibility for the financial services advisory service line and in 2015, he became for 4 years the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the firm.
Since April 2019, François has been a member of the Country Leadership Team of PwC Luxembourg and the Advisory Services Leader (Consulting, Technology, Strategy&, Corporate Finance, Regulatory Risk Compliance, Global Fund Distribution, People Experience and Change, People Process Outsourcing and PwC’s Academy). Roxane Haas, People Leader of PwC Luxembourg, joined the firm in 1998. She became a partner in 2012 and took over the responsibility of the Anti Money Laundering/Know Your Customer Taskforce.
Roxane has gained a strong knowledge of the Luxembourg financial sector. She has been focusing on financial and regulatory audits of large financial institutions. In 2017 she was appointed Banking and Capital Markets Leader of PwC Luxembourg.
Since 2002, Roxane has been advising many financial institutions (banks and professionals of the financial sectors) on AML- related matters. She is active in local associations, such as Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers and Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprise. In 2022 she joined the Board of Directors of ABBL.

Vincent is the Tax Leader of the Country Leadership Team and a tax partner in the alternatives tax structuring practice in Luxembourg. Since 1997, he has been working in tax and specialised in structuring alternatives funds. For close to four years he has led the alternatives industry practice at PwC Luxembourg, after having led the private equity industry practice since 2004.
His experience includes a very long and wide experience in tax structuring cross border transactions, including acquisitions, refinancing and disposals, where Luxembourg is used as a holding and financing platform, as well as structuring Luxembourg funds in a European alternatives context for international and European alternatives investors through Luxembourg.
Vincent has specific experience with the choice of a suitable regulatory regime and investment platform structuring for alternatives vehicles, tax issues arising in source European jurisdictions.
Vincent holds a degree in Law from UCLouvain, a Master in Tax from Solvay Business School, as well as a Luxembourg Tax degree from the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.

Cécile Liégeois, Clients & Markets Leader of PwC Luxembourg, joined the firm in 1999. She is a regulatory and audit partner in the banking industry. Cécile is leading the banking regulatory advisory practice focusing on regulatory, operational and business impacts that governance, compliance, MiFID, digital regulation have on banks, PSF or payment institutions. Cécile is also helping entities to set up new regulated activities in Luxembourg.
Over the last years, she was responsible for the assurance market activities, was part of the assurance management team and of the market committee of PwC Luxembourg.
Cécile is active in a number of local associations. She is advisor to the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg Association of Compliance Officers (ALCO). She is member of the Financial Markets and Intermediation Committee at Banking Association (ABBL) and chair of the Advisory & Investment Service working group.
