John Parkhouse, Territory Senior Partner and CEO of PwC Luxembourg, joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 1999. Prior to being CEO, John was the Asset and Wealth Management Leader for EMEA. Before coming to Luxembourg, John Parkhouse worked with PwC in New York and trained in the UK.
He is currently in charge of several leading pan-European fund promoters based in Luxembourg.
John is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (“Expert Comptable”) in England and Luxembourg and a "Réviseur d’Entreprises agréé" (IRE) in Luxembourg.
John was elected Territory Senior Partner in 2014 and reelected in 2018 for another 4 year mandate.

Deputy Territory Senior Partner
Rima Adas, Deputy Territory Senior Partner of PwC Luxembourg, joined the firm in 1992 and specialised in Financial Services. Besides her audit clients, which include some iconic network as well as Luxembourg-based financial services clients in banking and asset management, Rima has been instrumental in the emergence of our internal control, anti-money laundering (AML)/know your customer (KYC) and forensic services in Luxembourg.
Rima has been appointed PwC EMEA FS Leader since July 2017 and in that respect ensures overall coordination and alignment with clients' requests of our Financial Services.
Rima graduated from "Institut Commercial de Nancy" in France and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant ("Expert Comptable") and "Réviseur d'Entreprises agréé" (IRE).

Audit & Assurance Leader
Marie-Elisa Roussel-Alenda, Audit and Assurance Leader of PwC Luxembourg, joined the firm in 1994 and has been an Audit Partner since 2006. She worked in PwC San Francisco for ten years and in PwC France (Paris) for three years before joining PwC Luxembourg.
Over the years, her client base has ranged from traditional funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, and real estate structures as well as investment managers.
Marie-Elisa has been the Chairman of the PwC Luxembourg Supervisory Board from January 2015 to March 2019 and Audit leader for the Asset and Wealth Management industry.
Marie-Elisa holds a BA in Economics from Sonoma State University, California, USA, and is a "Réviseur d’Entreprises agréé" (IRE), Qualified Chartered Accountant ("Expert Comptable") (Luxembourg).

Tax Leader
Gerard Cops, Tax Leader of PwC Luxembourg, joined the firm in 1994. He has 25 years of experience in international taxation. Prior to joining PwC Luxembourg, he has worked at PwC Belgium (Brussels) and PwC US (New York).
Gerard acts as the EMEA client Tax Services leader on several US and European multinational corporations. He advises large corporations on their merger & acquisitions, business transformation, corporate reorganisation and investment projects. In these projects, he partners closely with PwC Network teams across the world.
Gerard was previously a member of PwC Luxembourg’s Supervisory Board.
Gerard holds a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering from the University of Louvain and a Master’s Degree in Tax Management from Solvay Business School in Brussels.

François Génaux, Advisory Leader of PwC Luxembourg, joined the firm in 2003 after 10 years in audit and consulting and became a partner in 2005, leading the financial services consulting practice.
In 2011 he took over the responsibility for the Financial Services Advisory Service line and in 2015 he became also the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the firm.
François has over 25 years of experience in servicing clients and managing large transformation projects. He holds an MBA from Warwick University (UK) and a Master's degree in finance and economics from the University of Strasbourg (France).

François Mousel, Markets and Strategy - Clients and Markets Leader of PwC Luxembourg, joined the firm in 2005.
François started his career in Audit and switched in 2009 as senior advisor to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
After 3 years at the CSSF, François rejoined the PwC team in 2013. He became a partner in 2015, managing a diversified audit and advisory engagement portfolio, including high profile commercial companies, public institutions, social care institutions/foundations and private equity firms as well as family businesses. He was a member of the exam jury for "réviseur d'Entreprises" in Luxembourg for more than 10 years. François is currently a board member at Fédération des jeunes dirigeants and at Radio 100.7.
François holds a Master's degree as “Ingénieur de gestion” from Solvay Business School in Brussels and is a qualified "Réviseur d'Entreprises agréé" (IRE) as well as a Qualified Chartered Accountant ("Expert Comptable").

Olivier Carré, Markets & Strategy - Financial Services Leader of PwC Luxembourg, joined the firm in 2003 after 5 years of experience in Audit and Consulting.
Olivier started his career as a Financial Services Consultant and became a Partner in 2009, leading the Regulatory Advisory team since then. He was the PwC Luxembourg Banking Industry Leader from 2014 to 2017 and is member of the Global Asset & Wealth Management Leadership Team.
Olivier has gained a broad experience in the financial services industry, especially in the investment fund and asset servicing industries, leading international engagements for Asset Managers, Wealth Managers and Financial Institutions focusing on operational change, strategic advice and regulatory compliance.
Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Tax Law and a Master’s degree in Management and Economics Sciences from HEC-University of Liège.

Anne-Sophie Preud'homme, Operations Leader of PwC Luxembourg, has been with PwC for 25 years and previously held the position of Compliance and Risk Leader within the Country Leadership team.
