Digital assets: a regulatory perspective

Regulation, or more precisely the absence of a globally harmonised comprehensive regulatory framework, has long been cited as one of the most important missing pieces of the digital assets industry. Faced with landscape fragmentation and regulatory arbitrage, the industry developed at variable pace and quality levels across the world. With the upcoming harmonisation of the regulatory landscape in the EU, expectations are high in terms of customers protection and market integrity enhancement.

Through this session, participants will get familiar with the latest development and upcoming regulatory requirements of the industry in the EU.

This module is part of our Digital assets and metaverse curriculum.

Price: 410.00 €
