We expect this growth to increase in the coming years following the recent worldwide assessments that Venture Capital has been recognised as one of the most promising asset classes in Alternative investments.
According to Preqin, in 2019, a total of $297bn was invested and $391bn realised through exits. This smashed the previous high of $177bn set in 2018, and will fuel fundraising activity in 2021. Venture Capital’s attractivity lies within the opportunities ahead.
