This law not only provides a precise and comprehensive definition of moral harassment but also imposes new obligations on employers. These obligations include the implementation of preventive measures and procedures, as well as the crucial task of informing and training employees on this critical issue.
In response to these legal requirements, PwC's Academy, in collaboration with experts from PwC Legal are proud to present an innovative e-learning programme designed to elevate employees’ awareness of moral harassment, empowering employers to meet their legal responsibilities effectively.
