2023 Governance Day

Join us for our event dedicated to Non-Executive Directors and CoSec practitioners!    

This year, we welcome executive and non-executive Directors to explore an extensive range of hot topics and market trends. Furthermore, we have invited certified corporate secretary representatives to share their experience.

The day will begin with a plenary session covering governance market practices and asset managers' operating models in Luxembourg. We will also have the chance to understand how the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) governing bodies organize their governance and secretariat functions in maintaining well-grounded oversight responsibilities and promoting informed decision-making.

After the lunch break, you will have the opportunity to participate in various workshops covering a broad range of topics, such as personal taxation, industry trends or regulatory updates.

You will also have the time to meet and engage with our SMEs and industry experts during the breaks and end of the day cocktail.
