Piotr Kozikowski, Tax Partner

Piotr is originally from Poland and joined PwC Luxembourg in January 2013, after spending 6 years in the PwC Poland and PwC New York offices. 

Piotr specialises in International Taxation and broad M&A Tax work. Over the years he has developed a focus on Private Equity, Infrastructure Funds and Debt Funds. Piotr advises on all aspects of Fund Taxation including Fund establishment projects and creation of the related Luxembourg based investment platforms. His clients include large pan-European, US and Australian fund managers across a number of alternative investment asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure and debt.

He also has significant experience in design and implementation of the carried interest arrangements for the Fund Managers.

Piotr is a Licensed Polish Tax Advisor.
