His main clients include investment managers based in the US, UK and Asia for real estate, private equity and debt investments. He also advises US and EU multinationals on the structuring of their EMEA operations.

From 2015 to 2017, he was assigned to the PwC Luxembourg tax desk in New York where he has provided international tax services to US alternative investment funds (real estate, private equity funds) and US multinationals.

Prior to joining PwC, Mourad obtained a Master degree in Business Tax Law from the University of Lille (France) and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
