PwC's COVID-19 CIO Pulse Survey

PwC is tracking the impact of Covid-19 outbreak, and assessing challenges and priorities of information technology leaders.

The first PwC Europe CIO Pulse survey, led by PwC Netherlands, across more than 10 countries in Europe was conducted over Summer 2020.
PwC Luxembourg participated through the CIO Club initiative launched by Farvest aiming at building a CIO community in Luxembourg. The survey was conducted live during a digital gathering of 20+ CIOs from Luxembourg.

This paper aims at providing insights into how CIOs responded to the Covid-19 outbreak, with a focus on remote working set-up, actions taken to support the business but also looking into some of the challenges and priorities that this specific group faces. It represents our understanding through our exchange with European and Luxembourg CIO.

We want to thank CIOs in Luxembourg for their participation in supporting this initiative.
