Complaint Policy

A client complaint is any statement by which a client expresses dissatisfaction with our services or our employees. Should you have such a complaint, please contact your Engagement Partner or our General Counsel at the following address:

Please include in your complaint a brief description of the circumstances, your name, address and other contact details. We will deal with your complaint immediately.

If complaint relates to Ethics, please liaise with the Independent Chair, Paul Neyens, or the Ethics Leader, Anne-Sophie Etienne, or via the Ethics Helpline.

In case your complaint is related to legal audit mandate, if you are not satisfied with the response given by us, you may use the procedure for out-of-court complaint resolution of the competent Luxembourg financial supervisory authority Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF").
