Going the Distance! 12 new Partners introduced at PwC Luxembourg along with six new Managing Directors

  • Press Release
  • June 25, 2024

PwC Luxembourg is proud to announce the admission of 12 new Partners and six Managing Directors as of 1 July 2024. Together, the existing partnership welcomes these talented and hard-working individuals who clearly know how to go that extra mile.

At PwC Luxembourg, the promotion of the Firm’s people reflects the multicultural environment of both the company and the country of Luxembourg. This diversity, which is expanding every day, brings with it the potential of much stronger teams. Welcomed into the partnership, these three women and nine men, whose ages range from 34 to 45, count seven different nationalities amongst them, Belgian, German, Luxembourgish, French, Italian, Argentinian, and Ukrainian. Six are in Assurance, one is in Advisory, and five are in Tax.

Within the context of a volatile economic environment and amidst global uncertainty, this new class of Partners has shown outstanding dedication towards solving the complex challenges clients are faced with, helping them to build trust and deliver sustained outcomes. Today they are to be celebrated for the part they have - and will continue to - play in keeping PwC Luxembourg a leader and role model in its core markets and bringing their expertise and willingness to continue to support that ambition.

Introducing PwC Luxembourg’s newly appointed Managing Directors:

All of PwC Luxembourg congratulates the 12 new Partners and 6 Managing Directors on this occasion and exceptional milestone in their career and expresses enormous thanks for the hard work that went into helping to get the Firm where it is today, along with the promise of taking it even further tomorrow.

François Mousel, Managing Partner of PwC Luxembourg, stated:

“The fiscal year 23/24 has been a year of the new; a new Managing Partner, new Country Leadership Team and many other changes, both in terms of roles and responsibilities, with PwC’s leadership working hard on laying the foundation of our firm’s ambitious future-forward strategy and, at the same time, delivering for our clients. Not only has there been no lost momentum from this leadership change, but many new initiatives have been implemented successfully and we have been able to serve our clients well. We have also witnessed our new Government laying the foundations for a much-needed competitiveness increase of our country. This bodes well for when the economic context will brighten up again. This class of 2024, backed with impressive collective experience and dynamism, was carefully chosen to help drive the firm into its next era of its development. Our partnership has full confidence in their ability to help lead the firm to new heights. This is a significant achievement and an important career milestone for each of them. Their leadership, expertise and contribution have played a key role in our achievements, and we are certain they will continue to thrive in their new roles. Congratulations!”

When PwC returns after summer, we will be launching our New Partners Campaign, “Going the Distance”.

We set ourselves a challenge some years back to always introduce our new Partners in a unique way every year - and this year we did not shy away from this annual challenge.

In the spirit of this year’s summer games, the arena in which our new elected will compete is filled with challenges as dynamic and unpredictable as a decathlon. These Partners will face many hurdles in the race for their new roles. So, we decided to add a touch of sports flair to our new campaign to get to know our Partners a bit better.

But if we told you everything at this point, where would be the surprise?

We will be sure to make plenty of noise around this campaign in the Autumn. So keep an eye out so you can enjoy discovering a bit more about our new Partners both professionally and personally on PwC Luxembourg’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Naturally, we will also release information about each new Partner, including their official bio and contact information, on the website on a regular basis.
