eXperience by Design Community

eXperience by Design is a format of events, established by professionals from all walks of life who have taken a keen interest in customer centricity and Experience Design. We are building the community to be part of this initiative.

We unanimously believe and hope to bridge the gap that stands today as the proving ground that is legitimizing the practice of CX as a mindset rather than a project bound methodology.

Our promise for the eXperience by Design is to bring you the very best to:

  1. be inspired by experts and curated knowledge. We want you to walk out of this network with fresh new ideas you will want to test in your organisation, relatable stories of experience design and that great feeling of having cracked the case.
  2. feel part of a community of people carefully selected and sharing similar challenges -and passionate about their customers-. We're talking about sharing common goals, exchange and support in a safe environment.
  3. find highly relevant resources that we will be sharing during the various gatherings.
