Christophe Szymkowiak, Assurance Partner

Meet new partner Christophe Szymkowiak, who has worked at PwC Luxembourg for almost 15 years with a brief stint in New York in 2013.

He is a huge fan of football—both as a player and a passionate supporter of the French football team Racing Club de Lens. He was born in northern France, which explains his passion for the club. On Sunday mornings you will find him playing football, often as a defender. 

Outside of work and football, Christophe enjoys travelling with his family and collecting coffee mugs as souvenirs. He has visited various destinations, including Australia. He has one item on his bucket list: a cruise to Antarctica to see penguins, which he adores for their amusing nature. He also loves Italian cuisine, having gained experience in an Italian restaurant when he was younger.

Highly adaptable and capable of getting along with everyone, what he values most in his work is the team aspect and the enjoyment of working with different types of people.

Outside of his career, he is passionate about education and wants to help individuals from less-privileged backgrounds to thrive.
