Subsequently, our team organises and conducts workshop sessions in order to discuss potential implementation measures with you. A final report show measures in order to close gaps.

Phase II: Implementation

Our combined team of experts having an operational background help you in the process of integration between the gap assessment and an efficient and effective implementation of requirements.

E: Implementation and onsite support

Our team supports you along the way of implementation by (re-)designing your processes and procedures onside and drafting and reviewing documentations and policies.
