Matt is PwC Luxembourg’s EMEA Insurance Deals & Value Creation Leader and Partner Deals M&A.
He is also a Corporate Finance Partner specialising in deals and strategy and serves as a sectoral Leader EMEA for deals & value creation.
He joined PwC in 2014 having previously been CEO of one of Europe’s largest high net worth wealth structuring businesses with some $30Bn of assets which he prepared for sale to a leading global private equity house.
His experience includes fundraising, M&A lead advisory, strategy valuation, due diligence and strategic restructuring of enterprises. He focuses on middle market transactions for international and global businesses covering strategy, M&A and divestments.
