Our role involves monitoring gender diversity and raising awareness about its importance within our workforce. We develop the potential of our female professionals and are committed to proposing innovative solutions that enhance our inclusive culture by supporting the professional growth of all our employees.
Over the years, we have launched several initiatives to create an inclusive working environment. The Women in Tech community empowers women by promoting networking and leadership development while exploring new technology and shared experiences. The Women in Finance initiative supports women by providing networking opportunities and programmes that foster growth and confidence in the finance sector. The Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme connects women with mentors to help them grow and reach leadership positions across the organisation. Additionally, our Allyship initiative empowers men to express their interests, support gender balance, and act as ambassadors for an inclusive PwC culture.
