Lëtz Embrace

Welcome to our journey towards a vibrant multicultural firm where diversity is celebrated, and differences are embraced!

Have you ever wondered what foreigners, living on both sides of the oceans, think of Luxembourg and more specifically PwC Luxembourg? That’s a good thing because multiculturalism and ethnicity are the topics of this network!

Luxembourg might just be the most international country in the EU – with a global population, the country is home to a diverse spectrum of cultures and languages, the essential ingredients for corporate success. Over 47% of the population is foreign and today more than 170 different nationalities coexist in Luxembourg.

Lëtz Embrace started as a new Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) network in 2024.

We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion! With employees from all walks of life and backgrounds, we have a unique opportunity to learn from each other and celebrate our differences.

With the support and commitment of our employees and members, we want to make PwC Luxembourg a workplace that embraces cultural diversity as a fundamental strength to achieve success, creating a foundation for a more inclusive and equitable future

“We may have different beliefs, different languages, different coloured skin,  but we all belong to one human race”

Our Mission

Our Role

We aim at ensuring that all employees from different cultures feel accepted, welcomed, and included at PwC Luxembourg, from their onboarding and throughout their journey in our firm. Embracing cultural diversity goes beyond recognising cultural differences within PwC Luxembourg – it calls for respect of diversity, and a commitment to communicate and foster reciprocal relationships with people from all cultures, including appreciating the rich cultural heritage that Luxembourg as a country has to offer.
  • Promote cultural awareness and understanding among employees to celebrate diversity and learn from each other's unique perspectives.

  • Foster a sense of belonging to international employees and facilitate the cultural integration employees who arrive in Luxembourg for the first time.

  • Create opportunities for cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork to enhance creativity, innovation, and productivity in the workplace.

  • Promote a mindset of continuous cultural learning and growth, where employees are encouraged to expand their cultural competence and embrace diversity as a source of strength.
