Ability Diversity is a voluntary employee network whose mission is to foster an environment where people with disabilities are included, feel empowered to be themselves and have access to the support and adjustments they need to thrive.
Our role is to raise awareness about disability and neurodiversity, enhance the creation of a safe working environment and supportive community that allows everyone to thrive and promote different initiatives related to Disability Inclusion.

“Our Employee Network has been created recently, and we understand there is still a long way to go to make sure that everyone, regardless of their disability, and I mean all types of disabilities, has the same opportunities to work within our firm in inclusive and accessible environment. I am also really proud of what we have accomplished so far.”
