Steve is the co-founder of ONE group solutions, which provides the next generation of fund management solutions, including third-party Management Company, Compliance Consulting, Corporate Secretary and Governance Technology services with offices in Luxembourg, London and Zurich.
Most recently, he was the CEO of Carne Group in Luxembourg and a member of the group’s global executive committee.
Starting his career working for the Luxembourg Government, he quickly realized that a career in the funds sector would offer the international exposure he desired, and thus joined the investment funds industry in 1998. While he seems to be the a natural-born business development person with a network that spans over all continents, he spent the first 12 years of his professional life in Fund Operations, Product and Client Delivery roles and has worked for organisations such as Citibank, State Street Bank, Lemanik Asset Management and Pioneer Asset Management.
Craig Blair is General Manager, Conducting Officer and Board Member of Franklin Templeton International Services, S.à r.l. (“FTIS”). Mr Blair has worked in the global financial services industry for over 16 years, holding various responsibilities in the Luxembourg, UK, Irish, Eastern European and Brazilian asset management industries. As Head of FTIS, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the corporate entity and EU wide branch structure. He leads a team of nine conducting officers that ensure management services and delegation oversight responsibilities are performed for a number of UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds. He has a broad knowledge of fund governance practices in open and closed end fund vehicles, including former experience as a designated person for an Irish self-managed investment company, as well as extensive experience of servicing boards and board committees of globally distributing SICAV and FTSE listed investment trust vehicles.
Mr Blair also sits on the Board of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and co-chairs the ALFI Management Company Technical Committee.
Mr Blair holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a Law degree from Leicester University.
Christoph Kraiker has long-term experiences in the support and advice of private-label-fund initiators. He has been working in the private-label-fund business in Luxembourg for 14 years, especially in the departments legal setup and client advisory. Most recently, Christoph Kraiker became Member of the Management Board of Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A. He is in charge of Client Relationship Management Real Assets (Luxembourg and International), Fund Management Real Assets and Audit.
Christoph Kraiker has worked as Member of the Management Board of LOYS Investment S.A. from 2016 up until 2019. In November 2013, Christoph Kraiker joined Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A. as Head of Consulting with his main responsibilities in advisory and operative support of fund initiators. This included product inquiries with the Luxembourgish regulator as well as advising customers concerning fund setup, fund migration and fund merger.
Prior he has worked as Head of client advisory at Alceda Fund Management S.A. and was in charge of the departments of customer support and client service.
Martin Vogel is Chief Executive Officer Europe at Waystone and is a Board Member of the Waystone Holding Company following the merger of MontLake, MDO and DMS to create the leading global management company and governance firm.
Prior to the merger, Martin was the Chief Executive Officer of MDO Management Company. As well as being active in all aspects of the business, Martin provided MDO’s clients with advice on product structuring, cross-border distribution strategy and product development.
Martin is a Swiss attorney-at-law and an alumni of IMD and INSEAD. In 1996, after having worked as a lawyer specialising in banking and finance law, he joined Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd., where his final role was Managing Director and Member of the Executive Management Committee of Julius Baer Asset Management in Zurich. After leaving the Julius Baer Group in 2008 to pursue his own professional career he took on the role of CEO at MDO Management Company. Under his leadership, MDO Management Company developed into one of Luxembourg’s leading independent third party management companies which then merged in June 2020 with MontLake and DMS.
Martin Vogel is active in fund associations, advises asset managers on the third party management company landscape and is a regular speaker at international fund conferences.
