It has now been over six months since the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") came into application on 25 May 2018. We thought it was the perfect time to conduct a survey and share our findings, thus shedding more light on the current data protection practices in Luxembourg as well as a general overview on how organisations are coping with the key GDPR principles.

Why did we conduct this survey?

We aimed at understanding the Luxembourg business world’s reactions to the regulation.

How did we conduct this survey?

We sent out a 15-question survey to Luxembourg players from different industries. The questions addressed the GDPR readiness and various regulation requirements. Launched mid-October, the survey was available to the respondents during one month. We would like to thank all 130 respondents for taking the time to share their thoughts.
