Didier Mouget

Managing Partner

Belgian, 53 years old, graduated from "HEC-ULG" in Liège (Belgium). Didier Mouget joined the firm in 1982 and has been a member of the Country Leadership Team (CLT) since 1991. Before assuming his new role as Managing Partner of PwC Luxembourg on January 1, 2007, he was COO (Chief Operating Officer) and partner responsible for Audit services. Among other involvements, he is a member of the Global Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited since 2005, a network of independent firms. The Global Board is made up of 18 representatives from the principal firms in the network. Didier is also a member of the Luxembourg Haut Comité de la Place Financière and of various CSSF technical advisory Comitees.

Pascal Rakovsky

Audit Leader, Deputy Managing Partner

French, 52 years old, graduated from the "ESCP" in Paris (France), he is an "expert-comptable" and "Réviseur d’entreprises agréé". Before joining PwC Luxembourg in 1992, he was a partner at the PwC Paris office. He is a member of the Board of Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises (IRE). He is specialised in auditing Private Equity structures and large international groups involved in the industrial and commercial sectors, notably in media and telecommunications. Pascal has been a member of the CLT of PwC Luxembourg since 2000 and the Audit Leader of the firm since 2008. Among other things, he is the Deputy Managing Partner of PwC Luxembourg.

Christophe Pittie

Human Capital Leader

Belgian, 43 years old, graduated from “Ecole de Commerce Solvay (ULB) - Brussels” (Belgium), he joined the firm in 1991. As an auditor, he gradually specialised in the financial sector. In 2002, he created a new activity in PwC Luxembourg by developing a training offering dedicated to clients (PwC’s Academy). Between 2005 and 2007, Christophe was the first Chief Quality Officer at PwC Luxembourg. Christophe was a member of the Audit Management Team (AMT) of PwC Luxembourg between 2005 and 2011. Currently, he is a member of the AM Industry Group, he is leading the Asset Management Country programme for Italy and he is the PwC Luxembourg Carbon Finance Leader. Since June 2011, Christophe has been member of the Country Leadership Team (CLT) as Human Capital Leader of PwC Luxembourg.

Rima Adas

Financial Services Market Leader

French, 42 years old, graduated from "Institut Commercial de Nancy" (France), is an "Expert Comptable" and "Réviseur d'entreprises agréé". She joined the firm in 1992 and has over 19 years of experience in the audit of banks and professional of the financial services in Luxembourg. As banking leader, she ensures the development of all PwC's services in the banking sector. Among other things, Rima has developed our anti-money laundering and forensic services and represents PwC Luxembourg in the network in this area. Rima joined the Luxembourg CLT in 2010 and is now Financial Services Market Leader.

Luc Henzig

Commercial and Public Sectors Market Leader

Luxembourgish, 51 years old, Luc graduated in economics from the "ULB" in Brussels (Belgium) and joined the firm in 1987. Progressively, he has specialised in consulting public institutions as well as the industrial and commercial sector. Luc joined the CLT team on
January 1, 2007 and is responsible for the development of PwC Luxembourg services directed towards the non-financial sector and the Greater Region.

Jean-François Kroonen

Advisory Leader

Belgian, 41 years old, graduated from the "École des Hautes Études Commerciales", (Liège, Belgium) and is a professor in Valuation. He joined PwC in 2001 and has more than 15 years of transactions experience in international assignments with a specific focus on wealth management, custody and fund administration, life insurance and trust administration. These included lead M&A advisory, valuation, due diligence and restructuring work in acquisition and disposal mandates mainly in cross border transactions. He is the partner leading the Advisory practice in PwC Luxembourg which regroups 280 professionals.

Valérie Piastrelli

Operations Leader (COO)

French, 44 years old, graduated from the "ESC Clermont-Ferrand" (France), started her career in 1989 in Luxembourg in audit and spent 2 years at the Boston office. She is specialised in investment funds. Among other things, she has developed Global Fund Distribution service (formerly UcitsEuroFile), a reference tool used for the distribution of funds in Europe. Within the CLT, Valérie holds the position of COO (Chief Operating Officer), responsible for the management of finance, infrastructure, technology and support services.

Wim Piot

Tax Leader

Belgian, 45 years old, holds a degree as a commercial engineer from the University Hasselt (Belgium), a Master degree in Economics from "HEC-ULG" as well as a degree from both the "College of Europe" and the "KUB" in Brussels (Belgium). He started at the Belgian firm in 1992 before joining the tax department of PwC Luxembourg five years later to specialise in Real Estate funds and later also in Islamic Finance. Wim Piot assumes the head of the Tax practice at PwC Luxembourg.
