Lena Serafin, Assurance Partner

Meet new partner Lena Serafin, a determined individual with an impressive career that began at PwC Luxembourg shortly after her studies. Dedicated to the firm, she has worked here for 17 years. Her professional journey has allowed her to work abroad, an experience that strengthened her ability to adapt and thrive in diverse environments. 

A stand-out professional project that Lena takes particular pride in is launching, together with one of her partners, a series of discussion groups at the PwC Experience Center. These roundtables allow the company to collaborate even more closely with clients to find solutions and best practices. 

Mother of two, Lena balances her life carefully and she enjoys being with family and friends. Lena is also a musician (she plays the piano as much as time allows), and loves outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, and gardening.

Not afraid of an adventure, Lena once went skydiving in South Africa. Although she admits that it wasn't entirely her idea (she lost a bet to her sister), she has no regrets and describes the experience as exhilarating. 

Combining travel with a deeper purpose, Lena had a significant experience in Zimbabwe, where she worked at an orphanage and contributed to local projects. 

Making a difference in the world is important to her, but also a driver for her at work. Lena is passionate about teamwork and interactions with colleagues and clients. Empathy is one of her most valuable skills, and it has helped her to build lasting trust-based relationships.
