This complexity is compounded by the need to access, standardise, and process large volumes of data—ranging from properties and entities to funds—while managing varying levels of data quality due to different sources and practices.​

Additionally, organisations face a multiplicity of regulatory compliance and tax reporting requirements. Beyond the obligations inherent to each country, there are also specific obligations tied to individual investors, types of investments, and clients. These extensive management and investor reporting duties must often be completed within very short timeframes, further intensifying operational demands.


How we can help

Our team of experts understand these challenges you face, and we can offer a suite of accounting and reporting services to your SPV located in Luxembourg. This entails:

  • the maintenance of accounting records on a quarterly basis and preparation of the quarterly reports. We will maintain the books under Luxembourg GAAPs or IFRS depending on your needs;​

  • the coordination with various stakeholders (asset managers, investment advisor, banks, auditors, etc.), ensuring efficient reporting process;​

  • payment processing and treasury services;​

  • consolidation and management reporting;​

  • the use of the Managed services platform (our collaborative solution);​

  • for the performance of these services, we will use our accounting software Yardi or work directly in your system.
