Lilia Samai, Tax Partner

With a primary focus on large U.S. and European multinationals including multinational groups with strategic operations in Luxembourg, Lilia advises and assists them in the feasibility, design and implementation of their EMEA operations including integration of new acquisitions or business carve out. 

More recently, Lilia advises businesses operating in the Alternative investment funds industry, especially on acquisition, divestment and management incentive plans structuring. 

Before joining PwC Luxembourg in 2009 as an International Tax Advisor, Lilia spent a year as a tax trainee lawyer in the Paris office of a Magic Circle law firm. Lilia holds a master's degree in law and tax and has been admitted to the French Bar (Paris) since 2009.
