Leading across cultures

Leading across cultures: challenges, choices and leadership in practice

In today’s global business environment, multicultural teams are the norm rather than the exception. Leaders are expected to navigate different communication styles, decision‑making approaches, and expectations, often while working across borders and cultures.

Leading across cultures: challenges, choices and leadership in practice is an interactive leadership event designed to explore how cultural diversity can become a true advantage for organisations. Through a candid panel discussion, leaders from across Luxembourg will share practical experiences on building trust, fostering collaboration, and leading high‑performing teams in multicultural contexts.

Rather than focusing on theory, the conversation will highlight real‑life leadership situations, from giving feedback and making decisions across cultures, to motivating diverse teams and adapting leadership styles while staying true to core values. The discussion will also explore how cultural awareness supports better client relationships and business outcomes in an increasingly global market.

Join us on 28 May from 17:30 to 20:00 at PwC’s Crystal Park, for an event designed to move beyond surface‑level views of culture and explore both the opportunities and the real challenges of leading across cultures in today’s workplaces.

The thought-provoking programme will explore questions such as:

  • Why does leading across cultures matter in Luxembourg’s workplaces today?

  • When does cultural diversity accelerate performance, and when does it quietly slow teams down?

  • How do leaders navigate cultural differences in communication, trust, and collaboration?
