Behind every promotion is a journey shaped by defining moments, personal values, bold decisions and the people who have left a lasting mark along the way. Some found their calling in technology, cybersecurity or banking. Others built their careers in valuation, asset management or audit. While their paths have been remarkably different, they share a common drive: a commitment to excellence, a passion for leadership and a desire to help others grow.
Their stories span countries, cultures and disciplines. They speak of continuous learning, family, community and the experiences that have shaped not only their careers, but also who they are beyond work.

Alix Altenor
Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts in the U.S., after my parents immigrated from Haiti, I grew up in a large family where resilience, flexibility, and steadiness were part of everyday life.
I started my career with PwC in Boston in 2008 as an auditor, before developing a dual focus across audit and valuation, with a particular emphasis on private equity, venture capital, and credit. After 11 years with PwC Boston, I moved to Luxembourg in 2019 on a short-term assignment that turned into a longer journey.
Today, I’m a Partner in Valuation Services and Audit, helping develop PwC Luxembourg as a centre of expertise for valuation across the network, while supporting key U.S. client relationships.
Beyond client work, I’m actively involved in firm initiatives, including the Venture Capital Pillar, the U.S. Desk Technical Consultation Team, and leading Lëtz Embrace, our multicultural inclusion network.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and father of five energetic daughters, which keeps life busy and full. My personal values, faith, family, and fitness, keep me grounded and continue to shape how I approach both life and leadership.
Admir Fejzic
I was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina and moved to Luxembourg with my family at a young age. Since then, Luxembourg has been my home. Growing up in such a multicultural and international environment has played a defining role in shaping both my personal values and professional outlook. I completed my education through the Luxembourg school system, which provided me with a strong foundation and allowed me to fully embrace the country's multilingual and diverse culture.
Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure to work with highly sophisticated clients from the Banking, Asset Servicing and Asset & Wealth Management industries. This gave me the opportunity to gain extensive experience in navigating complex regulatory, governance, and business challenges.
Today, I am a Partner at PwC Luxembourg, where I advise clients on strategic and operational matters and support them in achieving their long-term objectives. What I find most rewarding is bringing together people, ideas, and expertise to turn complex challenges into practical solutions and meaningful outcomes. For me, transformation is not simply about adapting to change; it is about creating opportunities for growth, innovation, and long-term value.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, travelling and playing chess.
Hazal Kantarci
As AI & Data Science Transformation Leader at PwC Luxembourg, I lead the firm's AI initiatives across strategy, delivery, and impact. I have built and shaped a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Developers, and I believe that the best AI solutions are born from close collaboration, bringing together technical excellence, business knowledge, and collective creativity to deliver something that is scalable, relevant, and grounded in business reality.
My path into AI felt natural growing up in a family of scientists. I hold a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science, an MSc in Big Data Analytics, and completed advanced Data Science training at the University of Oxford, where I also served as a course tutor. Before PwC, I worked as a Data Scientist in banking, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to turn complex data into practical solutions.
I am a strong advocate for women in technology and actively mentor the next generation of women pursuing careers in AI and entrepreneurship.
Outside of work, I find my energy in people. I love bringing friends and family together around a big, joyful table, where good food, warm laughter, and great conversation always outlast the evening. I also love travelling, and experiencing new places through my son's curious eyes has become one of my greatest joys.
Samir Moussaoui
I was born and grew up in France, of Algerian descent & family, where values such as education, responsibility, and integrity were central. These principles continue to shape the way I approach my work and leadership.
Today, I live in Luxembourg and share my personal life with my partner and her young daughter. I maintain balance through sports and other personal interests and passions such as technology, gaming, and cooking.
I joined PwC Luxembourg in 2012 as an auditor, after starting my career as a financial controller. I later specialised in valuation, supported by continuing education efforts and hard work (CFA, MRICS and Expert-Comptable). In 2017, I co-founded our Valuation Services practice within Assurance, initially as an entrepreneurial initiative, which has grown into a Center of Expertise supporting both our Clients and Audit Partners across a wide range of asset classes, engagements, in Luxembourg and abroad. I now act as a Partner in our practice.
I also am actively involved in the community of valuation professionals in Luxembourg (and abroad) as a Founding Member and Board Member of the Luxembourg Valuation Professionals Association (LVPA).
Simon Petitjean
I joined PwC Luxembourg as an intern in 2013 after graduating from Télécom Nancy with an IT engineering degree, becoming one of the first members of what was then a newly established Advisory Cybersecurity Team.
What started as an internship became a journey of more than a decade. Along the way, I had the opportunity to help grow the practice, build the team and contribute to a culture that attracts talented professionals and develops recognised experts. Seeing people grow, take ownership and succeed has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
Today, I work with a diverse range of organisations, from local institutions to global enterprises, across both the public and private sectors. Throughout my career, I have remained convinced that the strength of our firm comes from its people and its network. Beyond client engagements, I have contributed to numerous initiatives, including representing Luxembourg as a Cybersecurity Leader within the PwC network, training EMEA new joiners and speaking at international conferences.
The mindset that best defines me can be summed up in three words: Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
François Polutnik
Growing up in Belgium, I was always surrounded by places and traditions where people came together. Later, I completed master's degrees in both Business Engineering and International Management through the CEMS alliance, which gave me the opportunity to study alongside people from different countries and cultures. Luxembourg felt like a natural place to continue that journey, and I joined PwC shortly after graduating.
Throughout my career, and now as a Partner within the Assurance practice, I have always worked with clients in the Asset & Wealth Management industry. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is the combination of technical challenges, continuous learning, and long-term relationships. The industry has evolved significantly throughout my career - understanding these changes, discussing complex and strategic topics with clients, and helping them navigate transformation is what continues to motivate me.
Equally important to me is investing in people. While technology and automation will continue to reshape our profession, I remain convinced that people will be the key differentiator, particularly in a world where services are increasingly commoditised.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our young daughter. As my wife is also a financial auditor, balancing family life and two demanding careers requires a fair amount of teamwork and organisation. I also enjoy travelling, following financial markets, and sharing good moments with friends.
Benjamin Reis
I am French by origin, but Luxembourg has been home for the past fifteen years.
I joined the firm in 2011, starting in Audit, where I worked on large, complex engagements that gave me strong technical foundations and a curiosity I have never lost.
In 2014, I stepped out of my comfort zone and moved to Advisory, joining the Global Fund Distribution practice, now part of our Regulatory team, to focus on the Asset Management and Alternatives industries.
For more than ten years now, I have been helping global asset managers distribute their funds across borders, ensuring they remain compliant while making their operating models more efficient.
Outside of work, I have practised martial arts for more than twenty years. The biggest lesson it taught me: you only get better with, and thanks to, others.
To recharge, you will most likely find me enjoying a good restaurant with family and friends, running in the forest, or at a good concert.
Rafaël Le Saux
I was born in Chile to a Brazilian mother and a French father, and grew up between Santiago and a village near Limoges where part of my family still lives. Growing up between cultures taught me to appreciate different perspectives and sparked a curiosity that continues to shape both my personal and professional life. Today, Luxembourg is home, where my wife, daughter and I have built strong roots within the local community.
My career has taken me across consulting, asset management and valuation roles in several countries before joining PwC Luxembourg in 2021. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the challenges faced by investors, fund managers and businesses operating in increasingly complex environments.
Today, I am part of the leadership team of PwC Luxembourg's Valuation & Modelling practice, supporting clients across private markets, infrastructure and alternative investments.
Beyond client work, I am actively involved in industry associations, teaching and thought leadership initiatives. Outside work, you are just as likely to find me playing a strategy card game, enjoying a board game with friends, playing badminton in the park, or hiking around Luxembourg with family and friends.
