Born in Luxembourg and shaped by 15 years abroad in the United States and France, I followed my father’s advice that “most people understand business or engineering—rarely both.” I chose to bridge that gap by studying mechanical engineering and corporate finance.
I began my PwC journey in 2013 as an intern, supporting local and international clients on finance and operational challenges. Returning in 2014 as an advisor, I later focused on digital transformation projects and expanded my expertise across various digital tools. Today, I serve as a Partner in Advisory with an incredible team. I lead our Sustainability & Digital Transformation team, helping clients become more sustainable, harness digital solutions for reporting and analytics, and build long-term profitability and resilience.
I work with both local and international industry and public-sector clients and collaborate closely with alliances such as SAP, Microsoft, Workiva, and Onestream. In addition, I serve as EMEA Leader for Sustainability in Finance Transformation, supporting the wider PwC network in major sustainability and digital implementation projects - embedding sustainability into financial and business strategies.
Outside of work, I find balance through discipline and adventure. I’m obsessed with my early-morning kettlebell routine, love traveling—from vintage-car road trips and sailing in the Adriatic Sea to exploring new restaurants with loved ones—and enjoy hands-on projects, whether maintaining my vintage car, brewing cognac with my family at our farmhouse, or making additions to my home. Over time, I’ve come to see that embracing both adventure and continuous growth is what truly fuels my happiness.
