Isabelle Melcion-Richard

I began my career at PwC Luxembourg as a Junior External Auditor in the late 1990s. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to numerous strategic projects to our clients and internal key initiatives, shaping our regulatory advisory practice surrounded by experienced and diverse team members.

My main topics include regulatory and compliance matters applicable to banks, professionals of the financial sector, electronic money institutions, and payment service providers. My 27 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial sector gave me the opportunity to navigate with and support my clients through licensing and change of licenses processes, acquisitions, restructuring processes, passporting arrangements, regulatory changes, and supervisory inspections. I'm passionate about collaborative iterations with my clients' stakeholders, peers, colleagues, representatives of the competent authorities and professional associations! 

A few personal touches: I'm a multitask mother of two teenagers: Marie (18) and Estelle (16) and I clearly support the idea to enjoy every single day, as you will never have it again. So make it count!
