Compliance curriculum

Compliance Officers curriculum

In Luxembourg’s dynamic and highly regulated financial environment, effective compliance is a critical pillar of sustainable business and sound governance. Against a backdrop of evolving regulatory expectations at both national and European levels, Compliance Officers and Chief Compliance Officers must continuously strengthen their technical expertise, oversight capabilities, and strategic advisory role.

PwC Academy, in close collaboration with PwC’s subject matter experts, has developed a comprehensive training curriculum dedicated to compliance professionals operating in Luxembourg. This curriculum is designed to support Compliance Officers and Chief Compliance Officers in addressing the increasing complexity of regulatory requirements, supervisory expectations, and operational challenges affecting regulated entities.

Our modular programme combines expert‑led courses and digital learning solutions to deliver an optimal and flexible learning experience. It covers, with the support of PwC specialists, key regulatory frameworks, latest regulatory developments, and practical implementation considerations relevant to the Luxembourg market.

Participants will gain actionable insights and hands‑on knowledge across regulatory topics that are central to the effectiveness and credibility of the compliance function.

Whether you are a member of senior management, part of the compliance function acting in the second line of defence, or closely involved in governance and oversight activities, this curriculum provides the tools and knowledge needed to enhance regulatory readiness, strengthen compliance frameworks, and support informed decision‑making.

The curriculum is organised by subject to meet the varied training requirements of compliance professionals.
