PwC's Academy is a vocational training organisation approved by the Luxembourgish Ministry of Education, Children and Youth. The Luxembourg state provides training subsidies under certain conditions, according to the Law of 22 June 1999 modified by the Law of August 2017 (more information on www.infpc.lu).

Our trainers
Our trainings are effective largely thanks to the performance of our trainers. We follow a rigorous selection process and criteria when choosing our instructors to cater to specific business contexts, audience and learning formats.
In our selection criteria, we look for:
Knowledge of the training theme supported by a proven track record;
Experience in training delivery as well as in event facilitation;
Previous experience in teaching a similar audience;
Quality of course support material provided in advance by a potential trainer;
Audience feedback.
To select the most suitable trainer, we use the three different talent pools we have developed over the years:

Internal trainers
The extensive PricewaterhouseCoopers network of professionals constitute our primary resource. Our trainers are seasoned professionals in the fields of audit and controlling, tax, finance and advisory services and hold the necessary pedagogical background. We leverage both local and international PwC networks to tailor each course to the specific needs of our clients and deliver transnational training journeys.
External partners
PwC's Academy has also developed long lasting partnerships with external subject matter experts to complement the internal trainers' pool on personal development related courses. These external partners are rigorously chosen and strictly comply with our quality requirements. Our partnerships with external providers are transparent and openly discussed with the client upfront.

PwC's Academy works regularly with universities and business schools to leverage academic research and pedagogical excellence for the benefit of clients.
Our training facilities
PwC's Luxembourg Crystal Park building meets the BREEAM requirements (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method). A BREEAM building focuses on the comfort and well-being of its occupants. The ecological performance of Crystal Park contributes to reducing our carbon footprint and our energy consumption.
PwC's Academy has over 1000 m2 of dedicated training facilities located in Luxembourg city, comprising 13 classrooms, fully equipped and able to accommodate 186 people simultaneously.
The classrooms are modular and adaptable to specific needs with natural light and perfect acoustics. We also have an amphitheater which can seat 177 people, equipped with a conference system. A dedicated reception team as well as a technical team are at the disposal of our clients.
We also propose a first-class catering service for any meal (breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches or cocktails) and our rooms are equipped with coffee machines, water and soft drinks.
