In today's world, management companies often rely on third parties for their day-to-day activities.
The CSSF circular 18/698 highlights the regulator's expectations for these companies to have effective delegation. However, the implementation of such oversight remains a challenge for many management companies.
In this context, PwC’s Academy has developed a training programme that equips participants with the right level of knowledge, along with a set of tools and techniques. This will enable them to quickly get up to speed and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Using practical examples, this training has been designed to facilitate direct implementation for most of the participants' management company's delegations.
