Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to understand the requirements of investor tax reporting depending on investor and fund profiles.
Content
Fund reporting regimes, regulatory reporting regimes, products taxation… a world of tax compliance requirements. Depending on the type of investors, its structure, its domicile, its investment and distribution strategy, the fund may be subject to a tax reporting regime (such as German tax reporting, Austrian tax reporting, UK, US, FATCA, CRS …) or regulatory reporting (i.e. CRR reporting, GroMiKV, Solvency 2, VAG…).
