PwC Academy proposes a comprehensive and innovative e-learning suite for professionals seeking an efficient and flexible way to support their MiFID learning initiatives in the context of the CSSF circular 17/665 knowledge and competence requirements.

Technical requirements:
- A personal computer (recommended), tablet or smartphone
- An up-to-date internet browser (Google Chrome recommended)
- Cookies should be enabled
- JavaScript should be enabled
- A stable internet connection
Should the internet connection be lost during an e-learning session, the browser will need to be restarted when internet is back to resume the e-learning at the last step recorded by the learning management system before the connection went out.

Our training curriculum is highly flexible in terms of delivery and is structured around 5 fundamental thematic pillars:
- Pillar 1: financial culture including ESG and sustainable finance
- Pillar 2: assets, investment vehicles and products
- Pillar 3: tax, compliance and regulation
- Pillar 4 (for professionals providing investment advice or information about investment products, investment services or ancillary services): portfolio management
- Pillar 5: financial performance
Depending on the professional population considered, each thematic pillar comprises a set of digital tutorials related to the knowledge and competence criteria. Each thematic pillar kicks off with a skill gap assessment enabling the definition of a personalised learning journey given the learner’s results.
The e-learning suite can be complemented by live classroom/webinar sessions on selected topics under the blended learning approach.
