As a community of solvers, we make a consistent and lasting commitment to address what we believe are the key issues of today and tomorrow. We therefore base our actions on four main pillars.


Good governance enables us to set and integrate our firm’s economic, social and environmental ambitions into action, and to navigate future risks and opportunities with resilience. We aim to engage with internal and external people in a transparent manner, to foster ethical behaviours and monitor our Sustainability journey.

Our actions:

  • Corporate Sustainability Office to integrate our sustainability ambitions into everything we do and manage major transformation projects.
  • Ethical ‘Stand Up and Speak Up’ Culture supported by our HR department, Ethical Counsellors and our Ethic and Business Conduct Committee.

Prosperity is embedded in all dimensions of our firm, and it’s about  our willingness to develop our business while having a positive social and environmental impact through investments in innovation.

Our actions:

  • Donations to support causes that matter to us, including climate, integration, culture, health, and humanitarian aid (emergencies);
  • Investments on infrastructure, such as our new building expected in 2027, support teams to reach our Net Zero ambition.

This pillar relates to the worldwide Net Zero strategy. Our commitment calls for us to decarbonise our operations, including our emissions associated with business travel, and support  our clients and suppliers in their own journey.

Our actions:

  • PwC Global Net Zero strategy: Halve our building’s gross Greenhouse gases (GHGs) emissions as well as our business travel emissions;
  • Counterbalance emissions through high-quality carbon credits, transitioning our carbon offset portfolio to 100% carbon removals;
  • Car fleet of 100% Electric Vehicles in FY25;
  • To use 98% of renewable electricity. Our main building, Crystal Park, is already 100%;
  • Seven satellite offices to improve commuting and employees’ wellbeing.

Our People are crucial for our growth. Hence, we strive to  create a healthy, safe, diverse and inclusive workplace for them. Monitoring our bias, supporting the LGBT+ community and providing training for our People to enable prosperous outcomes are some of our ambitions.

Our actions:


  • Gender pay gap below 1%. While the European average is at -13%, we still need to take action to curtail the gender pay gap at every grade ("proportional promotion" initiative);
  • The ‘Back and Happy’ initiative that supports our People when returning from a long period of absence such as parental leave.
