The Law of 29 March 2023 (the "Law") introduced a new legal framework into the Labour Code to fight against moral harassment during employment. This law not only provides a precise and comprehensive definition of moral harassment but also imposes new obligations on employers. These obligations include the implementation of preventive measures and procedures, as well as the crucial task of informing and training employees on this critical issue.
In response to these legal requirements, PwC Academy proposes an innovative e-learning developed in collaboration with subject matter experts from Stellan Partners, to elevate employees’ awareness of moral harassment, empowering employers to meet their legal responsibilities effectively.
By participating in this course, employers and employees alike will gain invaluable insights and tools to foster a safer and more respectful work environment.
