Stéphanie is a managing director with around 22 years of expertise in UCITS investment compliance, focusing on investment eligibility analysis, risk management, and complex derivatives. She has extensive experience advising PwC clients and has developed deep knowledge of the Luxembourg investment fund industry through auditing investment funds and management companies. Stéphanie’s expertise includes eligibility analysis, compliance system reviews, and training in asset management compliance within Luxembourg and European regulatory frameworks. She has led critical client projects such as reviewing compliance systems, assessing financial market eligibility, analysing investment strategies, and supporting audit teams, demonstrating strong leadership in regulatory and compliance advisory.
