- Overview of the new regulatory environment in Luxembourg in the context of the circular
- Presentation of the key stakeholders involved as well as roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder
- How to treat investment compliance breaches
Practical part:
- Illustration with practical examples (ie. impact calculation, review of different methods,…)
