We're looking for final-year students and recent graduates who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow in an international environment. If you're ready to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact from day one, we'd love to meet you.

• Selection process: If your profile is selected, we’ll contact you by email to schedule an initial call to get to know you. You may also receive an online assessment.
• Event invitation: If selected for the event, you’ll receive an official invitation with all logistical details at least one to two weeks before the event.
• If you’re not selected, we will inform you as well.

If there is a match, you may receive an offer shortly after the event. Even if not, you’ll leave with practical experience, new connections and a better understanding of your next career step.
