Emmanuelle Caruel-Henniaux is a Regulatory and Audit Partner of PwCspecialized in the banking industry. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector in Luxembourg. She has a unique expertise of regulatory requirements applicable to banks and other professionals of the financial sector. She is auditing several banking institutions with subsidiaries and / or branches abroad and other professionals of the financial sector in Luxembourg.
Pascual Soledad is a lawyer and Senior Manager in MNKS, focusing mainly on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions, as well as general corporate work.
She advises mostly international companies, private equity sponsors and management teams in the structuring and financing of international joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and acquisitions, assisting all along the due diligence, structuring and negotiation process.
Isabelle Melcion is a Director of PwC and also a member of the "Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers" (ALCO). Isabelle is in charge of regulatory advice for Banking and Professionals of the Financial Sector (PFS) matters in our Regulatory and Compliance Advisory Services department. She has more than 18 years of experience in the financial sector in Luxembourg.
