Introduction to the PFS status

Diversified, complex and personalised services provided to institutional or private clients, local or foreign are  a matter of concern for Professionals of the Financial Sector (PFS).

In order to be able to carry out their missions, PFS must be aware of the increasing number of regulatory requirements applicable to regulated entities in Luxembourg (AML/CTF, MiFID, Basel III / ICAAP, corporate governance, etc.). This training gives you an overview of the Luxembourg PSF market and provides explanations on the main regulatory requirements applicable per PFS activity.
