As an HR Business Partner you have many challenges to face and different roles to play. Acting as a mediator between employees and management, you are a key person for your organisation. You are asked to handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding.

This training is coordinated by Vinciane Istace, Partner, People & Organisation for PwC Luxembourg.

This training will be presented by People & Organisation experts.

Vinciane has been with PwC for more than 25 years and became Head of the firm’s Human Resource department in 2003 after having worked as an Auditor and Chartered Accountant. In her executive role of Human Capital Partner then Leader, she structured PwC HR operational capabilities, and co-designed and deployed the firm’s HR strategy. This role exposed her to the diversity of all the lines of services in Luxembourg, totalling 2,850 people with the valuable support of a team of 50 HR engaged experts.

She is currently the leader of the People and Process Outsourcing (“PPO”) practice, proposing assistance to our clients in the field of payroll, immigration and HR administration driven by high quality standards and of the People and Organisation (P&O) team, providing HR advisory services from HR strategic design  to implementation.

She has also the privilege of acting as the Diversity & Inclusion Leader for PwC Luxembourg. In that role, she ensures the deployment of the D&I ambition.
