Assessment centre

Identifying the right candidate through comprehensive assessment procedures

We offer you a tailor-made evaluation of candidates' behavioural skills and competencies by trained facilitators using multiple assessment tools as an additional decision making instrument when your selection has been made. These procedures will support any sourcing process as well as individual development and career planning.

How?

This additional service consists in analysing the candidate's profile from various angles: reasoning tests, competency-based interviews, personality questionnaires and simulation tests.
