CovidCheck provisions applicable to on-premise events

In order to share again unique moments of exchange and conviviality, we have decided to apply the CovidCheck system to all our events in the PwC's Academy and Auditorium areas from September in accordance with the CovidCheck process set up by the Luxembourg government (further information can be found on covid19.lu).

We will use the mobile application CovidCheck.lu to verify the authenticity and validity of the certificates according to the rules in place in Luxembourg. To ensure that the QR code on the CovidCheck certificates is readable, always present either the digital document (PDF) or the original on paper, avoiding photos or photocopies. Rapid antigen tests will be available at entrance check-point if needed.

Validity of CovidCheck certificates in Luxembourg:

• Vaccination certificate: Accepted vaccines are BioNTech/Pfizer / Moderna / AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria) / Johnson&Johnson (Janssen).  In case of 2 doses, from the day of the 2nd dose or from the 14th day after the 1st dose in case of recovery within 6 months of an infection. In case of 1 dose, from the 14th day after the vaccination.

• Negative COVID-19 test certificate: 
  • PCR test valid for 72 hours
  • Rapid antigen test valid for 48 hours
  • Antigen self-test will be done on site for people with no valid certificate. (it will take approximately 15min - so do not hesitate to arrive earlier if you need to do one)

• Recovery certificate (the recovery certificate is valid between the 11th and 180th day after the date of the result of the positive PCR test).
