PwC Sustainability Day 2011

Entitled "Practical tools for sustainable development" our event will start off with a plenary session hosted by economist Marc Touati. Marc will talk about "Financial and economic perspective 2012: the need for transparency" and his speech will be followed by three workshops (Assess / Implement / Report) which will feature various testimonies and tools.

Workshop 1 - "assess" - will present sustainable development methodologies and certification labels.

Workshop 2 - "implement" - will present the tools that can be used to deploy sustainable development policies.

Workshop 3 - "report" - will present sustainable development reporting tools.

To top it off, Mr Claude Wiseler, Minister of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure, will give the government view before participants get together for lunch.

The various workshops will be hosted by representatives from associations and organisations who have expertise in the various areas concerned. They will include representatives from LuxFlag, Enablon, the European Investment bank, Aperam (Arcelor), Kneip, Compta durable, IFSB, Sustain, Karp Kneip and other organisation with a strong experience.
