Managing Partner

Didier Mouget, Managing Partner, joined the Luxembourg firm’s Country Leadership Team in 1991 and he was elected Managing Partner in 2007. Before taking up his current role, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and he headed up our Audit practice.

In addition to his duties, Didier Mouget has been a member of the PwC International network Global Board since 2005. He is also a member of "Luxembourg Haut Comité de la Place Financière" and other boards including Fedil, Sacred Heart University Luxembourg and HEC-ULg. He has served on various CSSF technical advisory committees.

Didier Mouget graduated from HEC- ULg Business school in Liège, Belgium and he is a qualified chartered accountant ("Expert Comptable") and "Réviseur d'Entreprises".

Audit Leader, Deputy Managing Partner

Pascal Rakovsky, Audit Leader and Deputy Managing Partner, joined the firm in 1992 as a partner from PwC Paris. He joined the Country Leadership Team in 2000 and has been the Audit Leader of the firm since 2008.

Pascal Rakovsky is specialised in auditory listed international groups in the Industrial and Commercial sectors, especially in media and telecommunications.

In addition to his duties, Pascal Rakovsky is a member of the board of the "Institut des Réviseurs d’Enterprises" (IRE) in Luxembourg.

Pascal Rakovsky graduated from ESCP in Paris, France, and is a qualified chartered accountant ("Expert Comptable") and "Réviseur d'Entreprises agréé".

Rima Adas joined the firm in 1992 and took over the role of Market Leader Financial Services on the Country Leadership Team. She is in charge of developing all our services within the financial sector in Luxembourg.

Rima Adas has over 20 years of experience in the audit of banks and professionals of the financial sector. She has also a large experience in Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud prevention and detection as well as in remediation plans.

Rima Adas graduated from "Institut Commercial de Nancy" in France and is a qualified chartered accountant ("Expert Comptable") and "Réviseur d'Entreprises agréé".

Luc Henzig, Market Leader Commercial and Industrial Companies, joined the firm in 1987. In executive capacities with the firm, Luc Henzig is in charge of developing services towards Commercial and Industrial Companies and the Greater Region.

Luc Henzig has specialised in consulting public institutions as well as companies involved in the Industrial and Commercial sectors in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.

Luc Henzig graduated from ULB in Brussels, Belgium, with a degree in Economics. He is also a qualified chartered accountant ("Expert Comptable") and "Réviseur d’Entreprises" in Luxembourg.

Advisory Leader

Jean-François Kroonen, Advisory Leader, joined the firm in 2001. He heads up a team of over 300 professionals.

Jean-François Kroonen has more than 18 years of experience in cross border transaction (i.e. M&A Advisory, Due Diligence, Valuation and Capital raising) with a specific focus on wealth management, custody and fund administration, life insurance and trust administration. In addition to his current duties, he is also a professor in Business Valuation in HEC.

Jean-François Kroonen graduated from "Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales" in Liège, Belgium, with a Commercial Engineering degree.

Operations Leader (COO)

Valérie Piastrelli, Operations Leader, is responsible for the management of Finance, Infrastructure, Technology and support services of the firm. She joined PwC Luxembourg in 1989 and spent two years in PwC Boston.

Valérie Piastrelli is specialised in investment funds and among other things she developed the Global Fund Distribution Service (formerly known as UcitsEuroFile), a reference tool for the distribution of funds in Europe.

She graduated from ESC Clermont-Ferrand in France.
   
Wim Piot, Tax Leader

Wim Piot

Tax Leader

Wim Piot, Tax Leader, joined the firm in 1997 from PwC Belgium. He is specialised in Real Estate Funds, Financial Sector and also in Islamic Finance.

Wim Piot graduated from Hasselt University in Belgium with a Commercial Engineering degree. He also holds a master's degree in Economics from “HEC-ULG” and a degree from the College of Europe and the KUB in Brussels, Belgium.

Christophe Pittie

Human Capital Leader

Christophe Pittie, Human Capital Leader, joined the firm in 1991. Before taking up his current role, he was Chief Quality Officer and he was a member of Audit Management Team. He also established PwC’s Academy that provides specialised training dedicated to clients.

Christophe Pittie is specialised in audit within the financial sector. He heads up the Asset Management Country programme devoted to Italy. He is also Carbon Finance Leader and is a member of the Asset Management Industry Group.

Christophe Pittie graduated from "Ecole de Commerce Solvay" (ULB) in Brussels, Belgium, and is a qualified chartered accountant ("Expert Comptable").
