Head of Risk Management (M/F)
Your responsibilities
As the Head of Risk Management, you will directly report to the Deputy Managing Director and to the Management Committee.
Your main responsibilities will consist in:
- Implementing and maintaining the entity's risk management framework;
- Organizing the risk function within one entity;
- Being in charge of the identification, definition and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators;
- Promoting solutions to manage risks;
- Providing the Management Committee, Board of Directors and the CSSF with periodical reports;
- Solving and enhancing AML/KYC matters;
- Other duties as assigned.
Your profile
- A minimum of University Degree in Finance or Economics is required;
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience on a Risk Management position within the banking or management company industry;
- Relevant experience with fund compliance and fund risk management in Luxembourg is mandatory;
- Proven knowledge of the Luxembourg and Cayman Investment Fund Industry environment;
- Autonomous with proven management and organizational skills to motivate and educate the team members;
- Process and procedures mindset;
- Analytical and solution minded person working in a structured manner to meet deadlines;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Fluency in French and in English is mandatory. Any other European language is an advantage.
